GoodWe HT Series 100kW Three-Phase Commercial String Inverter

The GoodWe GW100K-HT is a 100kW three-phase grid-connected string inverter designed for large commercial installations and small utility-scale solar projects. It features 10 independent MPPT trackers with two string inputs per tracker, supporting flexible PV array layouts. Maximum conversion efficiency is 98.6%, with European efficiency of 98.3%.

Technical specifications include a maximum DC input voltage of 1100V, an MPPT operating range of 180–1000V and a maximum input current of 30A per MPPT. Nominal AC output is 400V at 50/60Hz. Integrated protection includes a DC switch, Type II AC and DC surge protection, anti-islanding protection and string current monitoring.

The IP66-rated inverter uses smart fan cooling, measures 1008 × 678 × 343 mm and weighs 93.5 kg. Load monitoring and export limiting are supported through the separately supplied GoodWe SEC1000 controller.
